So I found this thing on Pinterest called a workout tip jar. Every time you workout you put money in the jar. They said a dollar every time but I've been putting 50 cents in. Whenever you hit a goal weight or at the end of a month count the money and buy something nice for yourself. I thought this was a cute idea and it gives you just a little bit extra motivation. Also found this photo which I really liked!

So I've been continuing my gym workouts. I do arms or legs first depending on what I did the day before. Then ten minutes of abs. After I do about 25-30minutes of cardio. My trainer made me a fitness plan and this is pretty much it. I mix in cardio so I do arc trainer, treadmill, bike, or elliptical depending on how I feel. Also the leg workouts that I do at the gym never leave me feeling sore so yesterday I worked out at home and did lunges and squats.....can't even move today! So much better than those machines! I weigh in about a week from now and excited to see what progress I've made.
I also just ordered some protein powder to encorporate into my workout routine. It's optimum nutrition 100% gold standard whey protein. I've heard great reviews about this and hope it'll help tone my muscles(:

So the last few days I've been going to the gym. It's break time from school so with that not wasting much of my time I plan on going to the gym everyday. Also with Christmas right around the corner I know I need to keep an extra eye on what I eat. Going to really try and not over eat during Christmas dinner! I'm also looking at protein powder to buy that would be good for women and not build up too much muscle. In January I will post a picture on my progress and weigh in. Don't expect too much because I really haven't been as committed as I would've liked to have been. This month, though, I really want to stick with my plan and workout more!

So yesterday I stuck very well to my diet! Had a salad for lunch and not too much for dinner. Today I woke up with a workout video that was Jillian michaels! It was super challenging an I'm hoping it will get easier. I plan on going grocery shopping for some pre-made healthy snacks and meals because I'm so busy it's hard for me to cook. Also, I just ordered some Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% whey protein which I've heard is really good and the website is having a sale right now.

Today I woke up and went to the gym. Some cardio and ab workout really made me feel good this morning! I also did red light therapy to help with cellulite. At 5foot 6inches weighed in at 136.4lbs.

Just laying in my bed thinking about how tomorrow will be. I know what I have to do to stay on track and be healthy. Twenty-pounds is my goal and I know it's easy to say that now, but waking up tomorrow I hope I am able to keep that same motivation.
